Jenn Miori Hodges was born to music minded parents in East Texas. Harmonizing with her mother and brother and picking guitar with her pastor father both by the age of 12, she developed a love for music in her family’s church. Jenn moved to Austin in 2002 to attend The University of Texas and it was there that she discovered her deep love for vintage country music and began performing weekly at the local honky tonks. In addition to performing with The Carper Family, Miori fronts her private party focused country band, Jenny and the Corn Ponies, which includes Carper Family member Beth Chrisman on fiddle and harmony vocals!
